Shipping Policy – Studio Bite

At Studio Bite, each grillz piece is made to order and custom-fitted using your mold. Our shipping timelines reflect the time required to craft your piece with precision.

Production Time
Production begins after your mold appointment is completed. Standard production time is 2–3 weeks depending on the design. More complex pieces may take longer. If that’s the case, we’ll inform you in advance.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services.
UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days once shipped.
International orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
You will receive a tracking link once your grillz have been dispatched.

Studio Pickup (London Only)
If you prefer, you can collect your grillz from our Hatton Garden studio once they’re ready. You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup.

Shipping Guarantee
We take full responsibility for your grillz until they arrive safely. If your package is delayed or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
