Refund policy

All Studio Bite grillz are made-to-order and custom-fitted based on your individual dental mold. Due to the personalised nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once production has begun.

Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to begin the design and molding process. This deposit secures your studio time, covers materials, and initiates production planning.

Cancellations
If you cancel your order before your mold appointment, you may request to transfer your deposit to a future date. Cancellations after molding has taken place are non-refundable.

Fit & Adjustments
We stand by our craftsmanship. If there is an issue with the fit of your grillz, we will adjust or remake the piece where necessary at no extra cost, provided the original mold was taken by our team and the request is made within 7 days of receiving your grillz.

Repairs & Fixes
If your grillz are damaged or need future repairs, we offer lifetime support for servicing. Fees may apply depending on the repair required.
