Appointments can be booked online through our website. Once booked, you’ll visit our Hatton Garden studio for a custom mold. After that, we begin crafting your grillz.

Production usually takes 2–3 weeks from the date of your mold appointment. More complex pieces may take longer. We'll keep you updated along the way.

Yes, we can use molds provided by you, but we highly recommend booking an in-person mold appointment at our Hatton Garden studio for the best fit and result.

If you choose to send your own mold, please note we are not responsible for any fit issues caused by poor impressions. For guaranteed results, get molded by us.

Because each set is custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue with the fit, we’ll adjust or remake it at no extra cost.

We offer grillz in solid silver, gold, and a range of stone options depending on the design. Every set is custom quoted based on materials and detail.

Yes. We ship worldwide using tracked and insured couriers. International shipping typically takes 5–10 business days once your grillz are ready.

Yes. You’re welcome to pick up your grillz from our Hatton Garden studio once they’re complete. We’ll notify you when they're ready.

If your grillz don’t fit and the mold was taken by us, we’ll remake or adjust them free of charge. This must be requested within 7 days of receiving your grillz.
