Want a design beyond the collection? Tell us your idea, preferred teeth and budget. Share references or describe the details. We’ll consult with you, agree the design and provide a quote before you order.

A £20 mould kit is added once to your online order for one wearer. Whether you order one grill or several, one impression can be used to make multiple pieces.
Ordering for someone else too? Place a separate order for each wearer so their kit and fitting details stay together.
From your home to our workshop.
- Choose and order. Order a design from our collection, or agree your custom design and quote with us before placing your order.
- We send your mould kit. A £20 kit is added once per wearer’s online order and shipped to you.
- Take your impression. Follow our at-home impression video. Contact us before you begin if you need help.
- Post it back to us. Return your completed impression to our workshop, following the return guidance provided with your order.
- We check it, then make your grillz. We check that your impression is suitable before production begins. If we need another impression, we’ll contact you and explain the next steps.
Is the mould kit complimentary?
No. It costs £20 and is added once per wearer’s online order. Studio impressions are included at no extra charge when you visit us instead.
Do I need a separate kit for each tooth?
No. One wearer’s impression can be used for multiple grillz. Different wearers need separate kits and orders.
How long does a piece take?
Production takes up to two weeks, or up to four weeks for more complex pieces. We’ll confirm timing after your design and suitable impression are ready.
Would you rather visit us?
Explore pieces and discuss your idea in Hatton Garden or Kingston. Appointments take up to 15 minutes and your studio impression is on us.
