The design

Made to order from your impression. The available materials, colours and stone choices are shown in the selectors above; your selection determines the price.

Your fit & £20 mould kit

Your online grillz order includes a mould kit, automatically added to your cart for £20. One kit covers all the grillz for one person in your order.

Watch our video guide, take your upper and lower impressions, then send them back to us. We guide you through the process on video; no printed instructions are included.

Ordering grillz for different people? Please place a separate order for each person. You can also buy a mould kit separately.

Repairs, fit & aftercare

We offer repairs for manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue with your piece or its fit, contact us so we can assess it and explain the next steps.

Wear and tear is different. Polishing, re-dipping and stone replacement may carry a charge. We’ll discuss the work and cost with you.

Keep your grillz clean, remove them before eating and stop wearing them if they cause discomfort. Read our returns policy or contact the studio.

Production & delivery

Production starts after we receive and approve your impression and confirm your design. Allow up to two weeks, or up to four weeks for complex pieces.

Shipping time is additional. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

    Pick your material, finish and tooth positions. One £20 mould kit is added per online order for one wearer.

  • 02 / TAKE YOUR IMPRESSION

    We send your kit. Follow our video guide, then post your impressions back to the workshop.

  • 03 / WE CHECK & MAKE

    We check your impression and confirm the design before making your piece. If we need another impression, we’ll contact you.

  • 04 / YOUR GRILLZ ARRIVE

    Production takes up to 2 weeks after approval, or up to 4 weeks for complex pieces. Delivery is additional.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING.

Fit, timing and what happens next.

  • One £20 mould kit is added automatically per online order. One set of impressions covers all grillz for the same person, however many designs you choose. Ordering for someone else too? Please place a separate order for each person so each gets their own kit. Studio appointments include a complimentary in-person impression.

  • We check your impression before making your grillz. If it needs to be taken again, we’ll contact you and explain the next steps and any kit costs before proceeding.

  • Grillz are removable jewellery, not dental treatment. Speak with your dentist about suitability, especially if you have dental work or oral-health concerns. Remove grillz before eating, follow the care instructions and stop wearing them if they cause discomfort.

  • Production takes up to two weeks after your usable impression and design are confirmed. More complex pieces may require up to four weeks. Delivery time is additional.

  • Tell us your idea, preferred teeth and budget. Share references and we’ll discuss the design and quote your custom piece before you commit.

  • Yes. Choose Hatton Garden or Kingston upon Thames for an in-person appointment.
